“ Jane has been a remarkable help to me! As a result of our counseling sessions, I have been freed from the anxiety that used to rule my life. I have learned to accept myself and to more fully enjoy my life. I highly recommend her! Thanks!
“I came to Jane suffering from severe depression. She is currently helping me to re-discover life, even through depression and thereafter.”
“Jane is so easy to talk to. She provides a safe, stable environment where anything I want to talk about is actually heard and constructively commented upon. It is comforting to know that I always have a place to go, where she will support me.”
“Jane has helped me over the past months to stand up for myself, and not allow my family members to take me for granted. I didn’t even realize I had that problem, when in fact, that is often the underlying cause of many frustrations.”
